We are looking for a Demand Manager within the ePMO. As a Demand Manager within the ePMO, you will play a pivotal role in managing project demands, optimizing resource allocation, and driving effective project delivery. You will collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and leadership to collect, analyze, and prioritize project demands, enabling efficient resource planning and allocation. Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand and prioritize project requests based on strategic objectives and available resources.Conducting demand analysis and forecasting to determine resource requirements and feasibility of project proposals.Facilitating the project intake process, including project request submissions, evaluation, and prioritization.Developing TEAMS/SharePoint site for visibility to monitor and track required documentation.Facilitate demand review meetings to validate and prioritize project demands based on strategic alignment and resource constraints.Training and Development:
Designing and delivering training programs focused on project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Collaborating with Learning and Development departments to leverage existing training resources or identify external training opportunities.Monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, evaluations, and feedback, and making necessary improvements.Resource Planning and Allocation:
Collaborate with project managers to understand resource requirements for each project.Monitor resource utilization and proactively identify opportunities for resource optimization or adjustment.Stay updated with ServiceNow platform enhancements, new features, and best practices.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and leadership to understand project priorities and objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively manage project demands and expectations.Communicate demand forecasts, resource allocation decisions, and project prioritization to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.Provide regular updates and reports on demand management activities and resource utilization.Compliance Management:
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards within the project management and delivery processes.Staying updated on industry-specific compliance requirements, such as regulatory frameworks or data protection regulations.Collaborating with stakeholders, such as legal or compliance teams, to ensure adherence to necessary guidelines and standards.Conducting audits or reviews to identify potential compliance gaps and taking corrective actions as needed.Providing guidance and support to project teams on compliance-related matters and best practicesWhat you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.3 years of experience in demand management, resource planning, or project management within an ePMO or similar environment.Proficiency in demand management tools, methodologies, and resource management software.Strong knowledge and experience in using ServiceNow as an administrator, including configuration and customization.Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles is a plus.What we offer:
