**Job ID Number** R3661 **Employment Type** Full time **Worksite Flexibility** Remote **Job Summary** As a ServiceNow Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our ServiceNow practice by writing proposals, leading engagements, delivering requirements workshops and providing client training. **Job Description** We are in need of a **ServiceNow Senior Solutions Consultant** to execute all of the duties from each of the business delivery roles on a ServiceNow team, including: lead ServiceNow proposal writer and project engagement manager while occasionally performing business process consultant and trainer functions. A ServiceNow Senior Solutions Consultant has a proven track record in working as part of a team responding to complex RFPs that require details and estimates for large, multi-phased ServiceNow implementations delivering 2 or more platform capabilities. This role will sometimes lead those projects when the bid is awarded to CAI. This is a **full time, salaried** position and is **remote** . **What You’ll Do** + Proposal Writer: + Participate as part of a larger team in pre-sales meetings and activities with client and CAI proposal and delivery teams to ensure the right level of detail is included in public sector RFP bid responses + Work independently with CAI delivery and sales teams to compile work estimates, ROM decks and statements of work for Commercial clients + Drive and deliver continuous improvements of our proposal methodology and service offerings based on client experiences + Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients + Utilize content from prior bid responses and internal CAI Symphony system to help standardize and modernize a repeatable approach to proposal content + Engagement Manager + Lead consulting engagements using the Now Create methodology of ServiceNow from Initiate to Close stage from project initiation through closure; including successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and achievement of required business outcomes + Deliver within engagement budget (for Fixed Price) or on engagement budget (for Time and Expenses) by implementing strict change control to minimize scope creep + Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery utilizing ServiceNow + Lead and manage small, medium and large implementation project teams + Responsible for executing ongoing communication with clients about progress against project milestones and adherence to financial project parameters + Business Process Consultant: + Deliver Requirements Workshops for customer and with the ability to drive requirements decision making + Document functional and process requirements in user stories + Responsible to register and receive positive Customer Scores + Work with the Resource Manager to adjust and prioritize resource requests as required by the business demand + Work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual, functional, and professional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber + Trainer: + Deliver real business value to customers by conducting recorded train-the-trainer sessions + Work with Lead Technical Consultant to prepare training documentation to be used during project close knowledge transfer **What You’ll Need** Required: + Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Information Technology or 8+ years of equivalent work experience + Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Visio, Word and PowerPoint) + Experience with recent ServiceNow versions + Contract writing skills + 8+ years of experience in technical writing, consulting and project management + 5+ years of experience writing RFP bid responses for ServiceNow projects, including the creation of a cost estimate that includes licensing and labor estimates + PMP Certification or 5+ years of equivalent experience + Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process, and/or technical problems + Strong interpersonal skills; customer-centric attitude; ability to deal with cultural diversity + Proven team player and team builder + Strong organizational and analytical skills + Skilled at managing difficult conversations + Ability to manage to project deadlines on time and within budget + Experience with Agile Scrum methodology Preferred: + ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundations Certification + ServiceNow Certified System Administrator + ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for Project Portfolio Management **Physical Demands:** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards + Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. + Ability to stand, sit, and move around the classroom for extended periods. + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor **Reasonable Accommodation Statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111. **Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement** It is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
