Job ID#209781** Pay Rate: $71.43/hr **Job Description:** Power BI is a critical component of the Dynamics 365 platform that is being used to support the Business Development team. We need a Power BI expert who can communicate and collaborate with both internal functional/business customers and technical development teams to ensure best practices are implemented on data models, dashboards, and reporting. **Skills:** • Demonstrated experience with building a variety of analytical products using Power BI • Demonstrated experience with taking business requirements for analysis and translating those into actionable, technical designs for analytical products, and breaking those designs into discrete tasks • Demonstrated ability to build and modify Power BI semantic models • Demonstrated success building analytical products that are adopted into operations • Demonstrated experience demoing analytical products to stakeholders • Demonstrated understanding of data modelling best practices • Demonstrated experience with analytics UIUX best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated experience with querying languages such as SQL and DAX • Demonstrated experience communicating data modelling needs to developers and product owners • Demonstrated ability to teach less experienced users how to use Power BI • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross functional teams across geographical locations • Demonstrated experience using data analytics to drive improved decision making • Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative/changing environment • Experience identifying a business problem/process, solutioning, and managing it to closure Benefits offered to vary by the contract.
