Kforce has a client in Lincolnshire, IL that is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect. ServiceNow Platform Ownership: * Lead the development and configuration of the ServiceNow instance for IT service management * Collaborate closely with the ServiceNow Solutions team for heavy lifting tasks * Direct the integration of Sirius MS business tools into a unified ServiceNow platform * Guide technical decisions around platform development, design, and customizations (including JavaScript and ServiceNow configurations) * Steer the ongoing project towards successful delivery, with a planned go-live by the end of the year Team Leadership & Project Management: * Manage a team of technical leads and developers, driving daily operations and ensuring project timelines are met * Oversee sprint planning, code reviews, and defect resolution in coordination with the team * Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, reviewing enhancements and identifying defects for resolution Operational Excellence: * Ensure system integrity, security, and performance are maintained at all times * Own the escalation process for alerts generated due to network issues or defects within ServiceNow, adhering to SLAs for resolution * Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow instance, ensuring smooth service delivery and performance monitoring Collaboration & Communication: * Liaise with business stakeholders, customers, and other internal teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions * Provide expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices, helping drive design decisions across the platform * Serve as the technical leader for the Managed Services team, offering mentoring and support as needed
