ServiceNow System Senior Administrator

**Purpose**
The person with this role will serves as main point of contact for support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications
+ Perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
+ Work directly with ServiceNow Admin Team to resolve support issues and fulfil their requests within ServiceNow.
+ Manage a team of ServiceNow System Administrators
**Responsibilities**
ServiceNow System Senior Administrator will work with a team to manage the configuration, and maintenance of a ServiceNow system in a fast paced agile project environment.
+ LDAP/SSO related issue, integration related issues resolution
+ Enable plugins (available or HI portal)
+ Creation of transform maps if necessary. It may require to create this maps in order to transform the data.
+ Modification of existing transform maps.
+ Addition or modification of field maps. These are necessary to map the fields into TfSNow.
+ Creation or modification of the simple transform map scripts. These scripts are important in order to transfer the data smoothly into TfSNow.
+ Create/ Customization of SLAs
+ Creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards
+ Email properties management- Not frequent change, System properties
+ Table archiving
+ Coordination with Service Now vendor support for planned event, changes or activities carried out in Service Now datacentre
+ Create Basic Service Catalog UI
+ Promote Update set
+ Service portal related issues
+ Validation of ACL for troubleshooting, Workflow Troubleshooting
+ Manage 3rd Level of support and escalations.
**Technical Skills**
Java, Java Script and DBMS concepts, ServiceNow ITSM modules, ServiceNow Platform and Cloud Infrastructure Concepts.
**Role Pre-Requisites**
The Candidate should have at least 12 months of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Administration with database concepts along with data on-boarding experience.
+ Understand dependency between different ServiceNow platform and cloud components
+ Should have ServiceNow data sets , transform maps, reporting experience
+ Exposure on Agile/SCRUM methodology
