A banking employer is looking for a ServiceNow Systems Administrator to join their team in Middletown, CT. This position reports to the IT Process Leader and the team is responsible for all IT Processes including all modules of ITSM and the ServiceNow platform. The company is looking to bring their ServiceNow team in house and own their instance of ServiceNow which they have not previously done in the past. The ServiceNow Systems Administrator will be responsible for configurations, maintenance, security, troubleshooting, documentation, and user support across the ServiceNow platform including ITSM and ITOM. They will provide daily operational support as needed to assist in ensuring the bank is properly owning and managing this platform. Strong communication skills and a polished business acumen are a must have for this role.
