**Position: Services Intern**
**Employment type: Full-time Intern (Summer)**
**Duration: Minimum 12 weeks**
+ May 19th through August 8th
+ June 23rd through September 12th
**Work Type: Hybrid (3 days a week in office)**
**Work Authorization:** This application is intended for candidates that are eligible for full-time work authorization in the United States upon completing their education.

**Locations:** Lake Forest, CA and Houston, TX.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with our Delivery team on the AVEVA operations software platform, contributing to its development and deployment across various sectors.
+ Shadow experts gaining insights into solution design, testing, and implementation of our industrial solutions.
+ Explore innovative ways to market our products, expand to new regions, and contribute to strategy development and performance enhancements.
**Team Dynamics:**
+ Work alongside the Delivery team, a group passionate about creating next-generation solutions that revolutionize real-time operational monitoring and enhance production efficiency and safety.
+ Be part of a team that's shaping a sustainable future with environmentally impactful software.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Be a part of the client-facing Delivery Services team assisting in the selection of AVEVA software and its usage after it has been released.
+ Assist in designing, deploying and testing software applications, under the guidance of subject matter experts.
+ Assist in establishing global standards for data architecture that all customers can apply to help ensure the goals of the end user are met or exceeded at full scale.
+ Engage in projects that could range from market analysis to technological innovation.
+ Your contributions could include strategic development, solution redesign, or performance optimization.

**Qualifications We Seek:**
+ **Educational Background** : Current enrollment in a relevant STEM field, Technology and Engineering (ChemE, Mechanical, Instrumentation or Control) preferred.
+ **Communication Skills** : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Capable of articulating technical concepts to a non-technical audience. The intern in this role should be interested in the experience of knowing how software solves problems in industry more so than how software is built.
+ **Technical Proficiency** : Programming and scripting skills. Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack is a plus.
+ **Problem-Solving Skills** : Ability to tackle complex issues with a logical and analytical approach.
+ **Analytical Abilities** : Proficiency in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions. Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies is beneficial.
+ **Collaboration and Teamwork** : Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in collaborative projects is desirable.
+ **Adaptability** : Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changes in a dynamic work environment.
+ **Learning Agility** : Eagerness to learn new technologies and concepts quickly and apply them effectively.
+ **Attention to Detail** : Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.

**Salary Range:**
$36,000.00 - $110,000.00
**This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.**
