Job Summary
This role is responsible for working on the process and capabilities development projects while ensuring alignment with the organizational objectives. The role facilitates change management during process enhancements, acting as a point of contact for project status updates. The role conducts data analysis and collaborates with internal teams to foster efficient and effective processes throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
Contributes to the design and improvement of business processes and capabilities related to the organization’s offerings.Ensures that processes and capabilities are well-documented and standardized to maintain consistency and ease of use across the organization.Identifies and addresses issues or bottlenecks within processes or capabilities, utilizing problem-solving skills to enhance their efficiency and functionality.Works closely with internal teams to ensure that processes and capabilities align with overall business goals and objectives.Participates in training programs to enhance skills in new or updated processes and capabilities.Collaborates closely with the management, stakeholders, and operational teams to drive process efficiency and effectiveness.Helps manage the change associated with process and capability enhancements, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged during transitions.Acts as a point of contact for process-related inquiries and discussions, clearly communicating the project status to the business and operations support team.Represents services within product core teams, ensuring the inclusion of service requirements at various stages of product development, such as product warranty support, cost analysis, and the development of content and collateral for service product marketing.Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in service business management, business operations, supply chain, delivery, business planning, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
