Essential duties and responsibilitiesMaintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationshipsAnswer all incoming calls in professional manner using the correct telephone etiquette at all timesHandle wake-up callsRequirementsDegree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantageProficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential.
