CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Services Consultant to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

This role provides technical support and training on firm-sponsored software applications to internal users

and client users.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Services Consultant role:

Provides technical support to users of applications currently supported by the B-Tech group and is certified on two or more of those solutions.Provides assistance and solutions for seamless integrations between software systems. Provide basic technical support and help troubleshoot integration or sync errors.Assist with data preparation for migration and imports as needed.

What you will need:

Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. CompTIA A+, MCSA: Windows 10 preferred.1 year of practical business experience required.Experience with Spend Management solutions such as BILL (Bill.com) and/or an accounting related software preferred.
