You will be responsible for assisting Service Operation Team of GE HealthCare Vietnam for daily operation tasks to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of operation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Logistics
- Handle temporary importation and re-exportation of tools: prepare invoice, packing list, loan agreement, official letter; provide tool description, technical documents if required.
- Handle logistics of purchased parts and tools: provide part/tool description, technical documents; co-ordinate with factories and/ or OTR team to revise documents as required by the customs.
2. Tool Management
- Manage tools and tool calibration.
- Upload calibration certificates and fill in ASEAN tool management master file.
- Register tools in the system.
3. Management of Service Records
- Collect Service records from Field Engineers, scan and upload to GE Box and send to customers if required.
4. Documents of Importation
- Collect documents of importation from GSPO/ Brokers and send to customers as required.
- Apply COO, COQ.
5. Data Analysis
- Assist in running data reports for data analysis and system performance review.
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate study in logistics, business administration field and equivalent fields.Good written and oral communication skills in English.Ability to plan and organize work.Resourcefulness, initiative, enthusiasm and detail-oriented.Ability to work in a multi-cultural team environment.Very good computer skills including knowledge and experience in all Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Strong team spirit and take ownership of assigned tasks.Willing to learn, brave to admit mistakes, and draw out lessons learnt.Know to ask for help when needed.Duration: 6 months in 2025, starting as soon as possible.
