Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Services Sales Consultant (SSC) to champion the growth and success of NCR Voyix’s restaurant service solutions. This pivotal role involves creating demand, addressing customer needs, and recommending tailored Managed Services Solutions, showcasing NCR Voyix's distinctive capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Lead sales initiatives with both existing and new clients, working collaboratively with account teams to identify opportunities.Prospect and engage Vice President-level contacts, aligning solutions to their business needs and challenges.Drive a consultative sales approach to establish long-lasting and credible customer relationships.Solution Expertise:
Develop deep expertise in NCR's Managed Services offerings across strategic industries.Partner with Solution Architects to customize service solutions, enhancing client value propositions.Sales Process Participation:
Engage in account planning sessions and opportunity qualification, contributing strategic insights.Craft compelling proposals, manage contracts, and negotiate terms, ensuring alignment with NCR standards.Seamlessly transition projects to service delivery teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.Post-Sales Engagement:
Act as a liaison for escalation issues, identifying opportunities for account growth and improved service delivery.Support renewal processes alongside Account Support Managers to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and partnership.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 7+ years of experience in Restaurant Services Consulting, OR a Master’s degree with 5+ years of related experience.Minimum 2 years of experience in the information technology sector.Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.Proven expertise in the restaurant industry and customer support services.Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree, ideally an MBA.Strong executive presence with experience in high-level client engagements.Demonstrated success in team-oriented sales environments and consulting roles.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job
