General Function/Role Purpose:
As a Professional Services Sales Manager, you will report to the VP, Sales - Services, and be responsible for selling the portfolio of ZI Labs Professional Services and Managed Services offerings. Your role includes partnering with our Enterprise Account Managers to bring your GTM strategy expertise to our customer base, showcasing the value and revenue impact in transforming their GTM strategies. In this role, you will be an integral part of driving the growth of our strategic GTM services, focusing on our largest enterprise accounts, which are on par with industry giants like Amazon.
What You’ll Do:
Achieve quotas to generate professional services sales Partner closely with Enterprise Customer segment Senior Account Managers to identify new business professional and managed services opportunities. Lead the services pre-sales process with the sales team to understand the customer’s objectives and requirements Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's organizational structure, needs, and pain points. Manage the customer relationship(s) from initial discussions to close of deal and maintain customer relationships to help ensure project success and support the sale of additional services offerings Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding the unique challenges and goals of both prospective customers, and consult on their GTM transformation goals. Create Professional Services opportunities, manage pursuits, present project SOW’s and be an integral partner in closing deals Manage a forecast for your book of business Leverage learnings from customers to play an active role in shaping our portfolio of offerings to best meet customer needs and exceed growth targetsWhat You Bring:
5+ yrs of Professional Services, SaaS business development experience, or another related field Proven track record of success in supporting complex B2B sales Strong understanding of GTM plays processes, including ideation, GTM planning, launch, and ongoing management. Proven ability to develop and execute successful GTM programs, driving revenue growth and profitability. Knowledge of data architecture, AI / ML modeling, and generative AI solutions Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication skills including issue tracking, triaging, and crisis management Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust with key decision-makers and influencers Ability to efficiently manage multiple books of business, communicate effectively with internal and external customers at all levels, and deliver informative, well-organized presentations Adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and the ability to navigate complex organizations Continual drive to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships, managing client expectations effectively
