Services Technician- On site
The Services Technician will be responsible for delivering the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Provide service and customer support during field and inhouse visits or dispatchesManage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasksDiagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutionsProduce timely and detailed service reportsEnsure the timely and correct documentation of processesOperate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systemsFollow all company's filed procedures and protocolsCooperate with technical team and share information across the organizationComprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefingsContact customers concerning processes of the customer fileBuild positive relationships with customers

What will convince us- Qualification & Skills:

Required graduation technical or engineering degree on Electronics/electrical, Automation or mechatronics.Minimum 2 years of proven field service experienceAbility to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipmentAbility to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedulesHigh customer orientationTeam spiritFamiliarity with mobile tools and applicationsGood command of spoken and written English

What we offer:

Working Conditions: CLT for an indefinite period.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour break.
