Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Service Technicians to join our team. This role involves performing various physically demanding tasks, including cleaning, pressure washing, and vacuuming. You will work in confined spaces and may be exposed to sulfur H2S gas. The position requires travel to job sites, where you will work alongside a team, carpooling as necessary.

ResponsibilitiesPerform physically demanding tasks such as cleaning, pressure washing, and vacuuming.Work comfortably in confined spaces and in environments exposed to sulfur H2S gas.Travel to job sites, carpooling with team members as needed.Participate in general labor tasks, including working in mud and dirt.Operate and maintain equipment safely.Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing steel toe boots, hard hats, high visibility vests, and safety glasses.Complete hand-written time cards and submit them on time.Essential SkillsExperience with physical labor and general cleaning tasks.Comfortable working in confined spaces and under potentially hazardous conditions.Ability to travel to job sites and work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week for project durations.Knowledge of safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsConfined space training is preferred.Experience with sulfur H2S gas is advantageous.Knowledge of chemicals, specifically 93% sulfuric acid, is beneficial.Previous experience in environmental services or construction is valued.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment involves outdoor job sites, including cooling towers and power company facilities. You will be required to wear safety gear such as steel toe boots, hard hats, high visibility vests, and safety glasses. The position involves physically demanding tasks and working in confined spaces. You will work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week, for the duration of the projects, with lodging and per diem provided.

This is a Contract position based out of Yolo, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
