Servicing Ops Lead

Description

As the Deposit Operations Lead, you will oversee daily activities to ensure that all tasks are performed according to procedures, service level agreements, and quality standards.  This role will also assist in managing colleague caseloads, as necessary.

Primary responsibilities include

Works on various tasks independently and support colleagues who need assistance completing their work.Research and manage complex issues that are escalated by colleagues and assigned by managers.Train new or existing colleagues on procedures or new tasks.Maintain an inventory of all tasks performed in the department as well as any tasks outsourced to third-party providers.Oversees daily activities to ensure that all tasks are performed according to procedures, service level agreements, and quality standards.Assist in managing colleague caseloads, as necessary.Manage small to medium size initiatives that fall outside of daily BAU activities.  Draft procedure updates for managers.Participate in risk remediation initiatives. Participate in technology initiatives.Assist with tasks that are assigned by or typically performed by the team manager.Participate in conference calls and meetings when management is unavailable.Research and respond to requests from business partners.Some lifting may be required.

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm
