Servicing Ops Sr Specialist
Description As the Servicing Operations Sr Specialist, you will be responsible for performing daily tasks according to procedures, service level agreements, and quality standards on behalf of customers, branch colleagues and internal colleagues. Primary responsibilities include + Works on various tasks independently and support colleagues who need assistance completing their work. + Participate in research and management of issues that are escalated by colleagues and assigned by managers. + Participate in training on procedures or new tasks. + Assist with maintaining an inventory of all tasks performed in the department & also outsourced to third party vendors. + Assist with managing colleague caseloads, as necessary. + Collaborate with management regarding small to medium size initiatives in conjunction with BAU activities. + Participate in risk remediation and technology initiatives. + Complete tasks assigned by team lead and/or team manager. + Research and respond to requests for customers and business partners. + Sort/distributing mail and delivering packages. + Monitoring and responding to calls/emails/in person requests regarding shipping, mail, and courier services. + Scanning/imaging mail and documents. + Basic data capture & entry of daily volumes/metrics. Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials + Solid organization and time management skills, & personal accountability. Able to plan & prioritize daily responsibilities. + Demonstrate professional communication skills (both written and verbal) in dealing with colleagues and customers. + Able to work independently & collaborate effectively. + Ability to lift 50 pounds. + Clean driving record. + Customer service phone & in person skills preferred. + Experience with financial services and banking industry preferred. + Knowledge of proprietary applications and systems preferred. + Introductory to moderate proficiency with MS365 and data/metrics preferred. + Flexibility to work in other Delivery Solutions/Footprint Solutions locations as needed & alternate schedules for team PTO coverage.
