**Job Title: Set Up Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking three set-up mechanics for our 2nd shift team. The set-up mechanics will be responsible for performing changeovers on machines when changing product lines, including disassembly, washing/rinsing equipment, and re-assembly during a full changeover. Each mechanic works independently in their designated room but collaborates with a team of engineering techs during major changeovers or repairs. The 2nd shift operates from 3 PM to 11 PM. Initial training will be conducted from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, for the first week, followed by technical training on the designated 2nd shift. The work schedule includes 6 days a week, with the start day varying between Saturday or Sunday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MIRAMAR, Florida. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
