**Job Description:** _The Set-Up C Technician supports the production needs of the operation by setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting machines with assistance and/or direction from management or qualified associates._ _2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm M-F_ **Duties and Responsibilities** + Set-up, operate, and maintain equipment as needed to support operations + Make professional and lasting modifications and repairs to existing equipment with direction from management or qualified associates + Responsible for cosmetic criteria as specified and communicating criteria to employees + Relay pertinent product and quality related information to Operators, Inspectors, Supervisors, and peers, in both written and verbal forms + Documentation of production, maintenance, and QC audits performed + Organizing and maintaining the order and cleanliness of equipment, storage areas and the department as a whole + Other duties and projects, as required by production and business need **Education, Skills, and Experience:** + High School Diploma or equivalent required + Previous manufacturing experience preferred + Successful completion of Mechanical Aptitude test + Established ability to identify and communicate issues and offer proposed solutions + Great attention to detail is required + Ability to manage interruptions in a professional and respectful manner is essential + Above basic math skills and reasoning ability + Moderate computer and Microsoft Office skills + Forklift certification Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled We endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
