Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Set-up Technician - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Set-up Technician, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Set-up Technician - 2nd Shift

Location: Ormond Beach, FL

Pay Rate: $16.00hr

What's the Job?

Set up and run multiple machines and manufacturing processes of diverse functions. Utilize advanced manufacturing and quality knowledge to ensure timely production of quality parts. Adjust and set up machines based on your own judgment and floor management direction. Train and monitor MO-1’s and MO-2’s as directed by floor management. Demonstrate flexibility and skill in operating a variety of machine and manufacturing processes.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills for effective training and collaboration. Willingness to work the 2nd shift and adapt to changing priorities.
