\nHow You'll Perform the RoleThe Set-Up Technician is responsible for thorough understanding of the thermoforming process and possess ability to complete all related tasks of the Set-Up role. Responsible to routinely and effectively resolve routine problems related to the thermoforming process and machines. Works closely and communicates with the shift supervisor, Set-Up and Maintenance team members daily. Involved in the training of other team members in junior set-up positions.
\nWhat We Need From You Eligible to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen. Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Set-Up Technician in a manufacturing environment. Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures required. Experience operating forklift equipment. Ability to successfully multitask in a fast- paced environment.
