Principal Responsibilities

To receive and validate incoming instructions and arrange to send to SEC for processingTo handle enquires from Front Office regarding settlement / corporate action eventsTo follow up settlement / operation actions issues with AEs / SECTo handle physical scrip deposit / withdrawalTo handle IPO / Placement / Sub-underwritingTo perform administration duties of the departmentTo coordinate with SEC on issues arising from daily operationsTo assist Cash Management and Settlement Manager in implementing company policies and proceduresTo handle routine and ad-hoc projects
