(Senior) Setup Service Consultant  (PMO Germany)

 

Position and requirements (professional, personal)

This role is part of the BU Implementation & Operations within ADP Germany.

The area of responsibility of this role is to perform all coordination and management tasks necessary for the technical management of the team to be set up in the Project Management Office (PMO).

The tasks cover technical, operational and customer-oriented activities, so that a person with a broad base of commercial experience, but also proven expertise in team processes and project management is required.

Strategic thinking and change management skills are also required, as the position includes the continuous development of the division in line with ADP's overall philosophy and strategy.

In particular, a high IT affinity and deep project management process knowledge are required to meet the requirements of the global setup process.

In addition, a high resilience is expected, which allows efficient organizational management even in peak phases.

 

Main tasks:

Ensuring the quality of PMO services provided while constantly optimizing productivity Deep understanding of Payroll processes, project structures and approach, theories and principles in own discipline as well as a growing knowledge of other disciplines in HR to develop own area. Champion for the Planview system, including ensuring that the Planview Project Place methodology is applied appropriately and effectively to all projects and answering questions as they arise Support the implementation team in the development and continuous improvement of project management tasks that are outsourced to the PMO Support strategic planning and other management meetings by providing metrics and statistics Submitting suggestions for improvement to management as part of the Steering Committee

 

Professional requirements:

Business studies or comparable degree Several years of experience in customer care / service Several years of experience & proven success in the management and leadership of project teams, including the management of virtual teams using team KPIs Good knowledge of human resources management Good knowledge in the implementation of (digital) change, transformation & standardization projects

 

Personal requirements:
