Summary: Seeking a Setup Tech to operate surface mount assembly equipment and perform quality inspections.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 20 lbs Minimum of 1 year relevant experience preferred Manual dexterity required Proficient computer skills necessary High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

Preferred Skills:

Ability to recognize and communicate operational problems Experience with Universal Fuzion or GSM pick and place machines

Responsibilities:

Operate surface mount assembly equipment including solder paste stencil machine and reflow oven Load components onto pick and place machines Perform quality inspections at each stage of assembly Read and understand work routers, bill of materials, assembly drawings, component identification, and polarity Communicate with AOI personnel to resolve assembly issues

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
