Summary: Seeking a (Sewing) Maintenance Mechanic responsible for supervising and organizing maintenance operations to ensure all facilities and equipment are operating efficiently.

Maintains accurate equipment and repair parts inventory

Determines and arranges work priorities

Inspects building and mechanical equipment for repairs, safety, and compliance

Troubleshoots, repairs, and conducts preventative maintenance on production equipment

Performs rounds/checks to maintain facility safety

Familiar with emergency response procedures

Keeps records of problems; initiates service calls when needed

Subject to on-call rotation for off-shift emergencies

Preferred Skills:

Experience with industrial sewing equipment

Requirements:

Comprehensive knowledge of job-related equipment

Ability to communicate verbally in English

Understanding of multimeter usage

Familiarity with Computer Maintenance Management Systems

Problem-solving skills in both creative and technical aspects
