Responsible for overall technical delivery for respective teamsDesign, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce.com and Force.com.Provide hands-on development to solve complex portions of applications as a “master developer”Responsible for ensuring overall quality of the product by performing code reviews, technical design reviews etc.Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce.com/Force.com.Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore).Mentor junior team members in Salesforce.com technology, Force.com, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce.com best practices.
