Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice on, and guide team in, assessing and identifying potential risks that may threaten our reputation, safety, security, and/or financial success, as well as participate with key stakeholders across the enterprise and guide team in understanding business objectives.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The SF Operational Risk - Risk Management - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Identifying and assessing operational risks, including emerging risks, across the Single-Family organization.Conducting and maintaining annual risk and control self-assessments.Identifying and recommending internal controls to mitigate risk.Analyzing data to identify problems and trends and develop remediation strategies.Communicating risk to business areas and senior management.Managing competing priorities and working across organizational boundaries.Supporting the operational risk reporting process.
