Job description

Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead with experience in SFDC,

As a Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US.At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and Test Automation.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaison with business teams to support UAT testing.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Preferred QualificationsAt least 4 years of experience in leading testing team taking complete ownership of deliverablesWorks with SFDC development team and perform testing activitiesPerform System Testing, System Integration TestingCreate test data requirements as applicable for each applicationRecord test evidence sufficient to demonstrate test coverageRaise defects and take ownership until resolutionInterface with customers for issue resolution and review knowledge management activitiesEscalating risks, issues to Project Manager Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycleExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore modelThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
