Job Description Insight Global is looking for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Developers to join a leading banking client downtown Toronto in office 2x/week (3 days remote). Role Responsibilities include: * Serving as a Subject matter expert for Marketing Cloud Solutions and Automations. * Providing hands-on leadership during design, implementation and ongoing developments of SFMC Solutions to internal Business Units, including Email, Mobile and Web Studio's. * Building emails in Marketing Cloud using HTML5, CSS3 and AMPscript for Personalized content blocks. * Creating Complex Customer Experience Journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio leveraging data from FTP filedrop/ Scripts Automations. * Handling large amounts of Data, Data modeling, uploading, cleansing and sorting * Testing the usecases in QA and previewing emails in Litmus for responsive behaviour. * Perform Journeys/Automatin testing in Sandbox environment and moving the Journey canvas to Production Business Units using Deployment Manager. * Automating Journey reporting and Mobile Studio reporting using Custom SQL Queries basis on KPI's. * Defining/measuring and analyzing the success metrics/Key KPI's for Customer Journeys using Goals. * Consulting the stakeholders on the success metrics and planning the future journeys in more productive ways. Skills and Requirements - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field or - Proven 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer - Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Mobile Connect - Experience building emails using HTML5, CSS3, and AMPscript - Experience creating Complex Customer Experience Journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio leveraging data from FTP filedrop/ Scripts Automations. - Experience automating journey reporting and Mobile Studio reporting using custom SQL Queries - Experience conducting live journey walk throughs with business stakeholders - Experience working at a digital marketing agency (developing a large volume of journey builds at once) or experience working at a large enterprise null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
