Job Description
An employer is looking for a techno functional Product Owner to join their team. This person in collaboration with the scrum team is responsible for the execution of product roadmap breaks product features into user stories; conducts impact analysis; leads product requirements; determines specifications, team priorities and attends team demo to accept user stories.
Product Vision & Roadmap: Articulate and execute product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the team backlog, ensuring operational readiness and implementation planning.
Agile & Scrum Leadership: Adapt to a fast-paced Agile SAFe environment, leading sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, managing multiple concurrent tasks.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with stakeholders (business owners, end users, and technical teams) to define user stories and deliver features.
Solution Development: Collaborate with architects and SMEs to design solutions that meet business needs and ensure end-to-end impact analysis.
Data & Process Understanding: Analyze data integration points and workflows, ensuring seamless process execution.
SFMC Campaign Management: Oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and optimizing performance.
SFMC Integration & Automation: Manage SFMC integrations, data flows, and automation processes to enhance marketing efficiency and personalization.
Documentation & Communication: Create and maintain project documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria) and communicate product vision clearly.
Agile Best Practices: Promote Agile methodologies, ensuring team adherence to Agile principles and continuous improvement.
Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine product features and improve overall product quality.
Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to SFMC and other systems, ensuring smooth operations and data accuracy.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to teams on SFMC tools, Agile practices, and new functionalities.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze SFMC campaign metrics, providing actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years product owner experience
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience (at least 2 years)
o Campaign management, data integration, automation
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with Agile tools e.g., Jira, Rally (currently on Rally)
Cloud implementations (preferably Google Cloud) and enterprise/vendor integrations
Ability to create and maintain high-quality requirement artifacts (user stories, process flows, use cases, data mapping sheets) using tools like Rally, Visio, or Lucidchart
Ability to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and care management professionals to deliver solutions that meet business and patient needs
Bachelors degree null
