Lead a team that makes a difference
You will be responsible for the team that deals with mechanical drive and power generation trains, their shaft line configuration and selection of the fixed & variable speed gear boxes, turning gear systems, starting systems, clutches, couplings & coupling guards, torsional analysis and alignment specs for BH IET projects. You will deliver technically and commercially sound products or services through deploying effective teams from project inception to delivery by setting and meeting project goals and objectives.
As a Shaft Line Integration Leader, you will be responsible for:
Being involved not only in the requisition activity, but also on the standardization and new product development of the shaft line components, their starting system architecture, the shaft line configuration and its dynamic study. This will be carried out in synergy with Product Strategies, including the definition of development paths, in collaboration with Product Management Organization, of both GTE and CTS applications.
Enhancing and expanding network with both National and International Universities & Research Institutes. This will be crucial to amplify businesses capabilities and unleash new ideas and innovative approaches.
Enhancing & expanding connections with parent BH Businesses & Centers, TTH and Digital organization.
Connecting with regional commercial hubs and Customer Engineering groups (both EPC and final Operators) to understand customer need and nurture NPD commercialization, supporting them in selecting latest available technologies, determine project feasibility, overall architecture and product interfaces for a solid product offering.
Contributing to the strategic design Engineering thinking in own technology/technologies, providing input to: highlight areas of development for the technology; identify skills & knowledge to be developed and/or acquired by themselves and the team; promote continuous improvement in engineering designs and operations; demonstrate state of the art competencies in their domain.
Providing leadership during the project review to ensure that all technical risk points and relevant mitigations are properly incorporated in the development of the scope, cost and proposal.
Leading and coordinating with interfacing organizations such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Site Field Service Engineering and Regional hubs, effectively communicating technical and financial aspects of team activities vertically and horizontally in the organization.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Master degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Chemical Engineering/Physics.
Have extensive years of experience in Oil & Gas Engineering Design Department.
Have in-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas products and relevant Shaft Line Components and their configurations.
Have experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Have very good inter-personal communication and leadership skills.
Be able to fluently speak and write in English.
