Share Services Administrator
Description Our client in Monroeville is hiring for a Share Services Administrator for a contract to hire job opportunity. This will be an onsite role and full time. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate project data, ensuring data integrity, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is required. $20-24 Primary Responsibilities: • Provide support for User information in the project management system (OpenAir) including setup, removal, leave information, etc. • Support and/or lead the timesheet review and approval process including running weekly timesheet report, communicating the status of submission and approval, and providing support in completing the process where needed. • Support the Expense Report process as needed. • Entry, routine review, and maintenance of data (user data, project data, etc.) into OpenAir. Where applicable, communicate timely requests for data updates from Project Owners. • Works directly with the Project Accountant on project activation authorization, by reviewing project tagging and correction as needed; by confirming all contractual documents are complete and required project documentation is archived to the electronic filing cabinet, and by creating projects as needed in OpenAir. • Communicates with Project Teams (Business Development, Finance, Resourcing, Project Management) proactively and responds to any questions on the status of their upcoming projects and extensions. • Provide Quality Management System support.
