Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for the shared service management to support component work in process at production line by supervise shared service operation team (i.e: Coating cell, Vacuum Furnace, Blasting, Chemical stripping, and Packing).Maintain and improve the trigger system (i.e: Sync boards, Pull System,etc.).Track execution performance for shared services trigger system.Assist in the development of system and SOP’s specifically focused on shared service processes including perform root cause analysis on discrepancies.Collaborate with operations team to drive operations and attain output based on the backlog and/or shipping plan.Implement safety programs, follow the safety regulations, and participate on EHS compliance.Collaborate with engineering to drive qualification and process improvements.Collaborate with lean team to self-start lean improvements & drive lean mindset within team.Qualifications / Requirements:
readiness for a 2-shift working time model (but optional to be 3 shift if necessary).
Min. Diploma 3 in Supply Chain Management, or Engineering from a local or internationally reputable universityMin. 3 years of relevant experience in operations & supply chain activities.Capable to write a working report.Possessed good understanding of lean and 5S concept.Desired qualification:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.Willing to accept challenging assignments, passion to drive change, with a passion for Diversity and Inclusiveness, the ability to work across organizational lines and influence a team.Understands business plan and drives specific tasks required to meet the criteria.Good interpersonal & communication skills in English, both written and oralExcellent Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is a mustFamiliar with SAP ERP is a plus Capable to write a working reportWilling to stay in BandungAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
