As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management (EFM), an affiliate of Enterprise Mobility is excited to announce the opening of a Shared Services Summer Intern! 

 

The Shared Services Intern provides client and vehicle-related support for EFM clients, EFM sales groups, and Enterprise Mobility groups. The EFM Shared Services Intern will assist with various tasks, projects, research, and reports related to managing daily client and vehicle administration, both with internal operational teams, vendors, and EFM clients.  

 

This exciting opportunity will be located at our Fleet Operations Center at 2281 Ball Dr. in Maryland Heights, MO. This is a hybrid position (minimum of 1-2 days a week in-office) with a schedule of Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) from May/June - August 2025 with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities Pull daily reports from assigned Salesforce tasks, audit and distribute incoming requests, and update all required information in the various applicationsAssist with organizing and adjustment of information and client documentationCommunicate with employees as updates or information is needed to ensure resolution for serviceAct as backup support for Shared Services Coordinators as necessaryAssist with various tasks, projects, research, and reports for the department

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or olderCurrently a Junior or above, enrolled full-time in a college or university for the Fall 2025 semester Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or a related Business fieldMust live in St. Louis Metropolitan area or an immediate surrounding MO county for Summer 20253 months admin/clerical/office experience6 months customer service experience Proficient with standard PC technologies and software including Microsoft OfficeAvailable Monday through Friday (40 hours/week), May - August 2025Ability to accept $15.00 per hourMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Work from Home Requirements:

Must live in St. Louis Metropolitan area or an immediate surrounding MO county for Summer 2025Have permanent residence with defined working space (home office, spare bedroom, etc.) that is clean, ventilated and quietWorking space with working smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit

Work from Home Technical Requirements:
