**What You Will Do** **:**
Guidehouse is seeking a manager to join our Revenue Cycle Management team, where the individual will manage payment posting for two areas, the physician and hospital group.
+ Managing day to day activities of multiple entries payment posting areas.
+ Collaborating with other Departments and Leadership
+ Develop and maintain appropriate Job Aides and SOPs for Payment Posting areas
+ Work with external vendors to maintain posting logic
+ Manage year end audits
**What You Will Need** **:**
+ Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience in Revenue Cycle or 11 years of revenue cycle experience
+ 7 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
+ Excellent Organization and Communication skills to communicate with client
+ Excellent Analytical skills using database tools (ex-Excel, SQL)
**What Would Be Nice To Have** **:**
+ Experience with Healthquest, Athena/ IDX and Epic
