The Role;

As the Reception Manager, you will assist in supervising the Front Office TeamEnsure the Team Members are prepared and informed to deliver Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.The Reception Manager is responsible for managing and creating exceptional and rememberable first impressions to all hotel usersAssist the Front Office Manager to evaluate levels, exceptional customer servicesOrganised, structured able to delegate whilst addressing all business needsOperates with a sale and promotes the hotel brand's loyalty schemeMaximise room occupancy at best rates,Able to implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilitiesAssist with all departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and proceduresMonitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team MembersSupport and assist with training. absence monitoring, performance managing, coaching, mentoring and developingProduct savvy, knowledgeable in expected services, pricing
