Procter & Gamble Beauty is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join the Product Measurement Team partnering to lead Intellectual Property and Budget Management.\u00A0 The Administrative Assistant a critical member of the IP team enabling patent filings, patent tracking for budget planning, external partner agreements and calendar management.\u00A0 The work will span across all Beauty categories providing a breadth of learning opportunities and business impact.\u00A0 The Administration Assistant will also provide organizational support to on Senior Director including partnering on deliver resources needed to deliver the overall budget.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for IP program support, contract administration, purchasing, budget tracking, \u00A0and managing the calendars for the Leadership team.
Job Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Strong background in Administrative Assistant partnership including calendar management and day to day scheduling needs.Demonstrated computer skills.\u00A0 This includes familiarity and proficiency with software packages such as Microsoft Applications.\u00A0 In addition, be able to quickly learn and execute new software programs as required.Operational Discipline with high attention to detail in summarizing large amounts of information.Agility to partner with manager and shift priorities when required for urgent business needsStrong communication, organizational and collaboration skills to partner across IP team.Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
