Contractor Skills and Expertise
Contractor personnel, individually or collectively, must have the following skills:
· Gather Branch Requirements for SharePoint Experience.
· Create Branch websites including meeting and document workspace.
· Configure Content Types for Branch.
· Interface the branch SharePoint website with 3rd. party products such as BMC, HP Service Center and Hyperion.
· Customize SharePoint sites for Branch.
· Manage Workflows that interface with MSOffice
· Manage Branch SharePoint Groups and Users.
· Secure SharePoint Sites.
· Admin site owner administration settings and features.
· Help Create Documentation and Maintenance.
· Provide Knowledge Transfer / Training when applicable.
· Setup Navigation and search SharePoint sites.
· Use Document Libraries and Lists.
· Add and modify content.
· Use collaborative sites.
· Manage documents including check-out/check-in and versioning.
