Summary
A skilled candidate will be successful in this role by proactively managing, supporting, and optimizing our SharePoint environment. Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our SharePoint platforms to meet organizational needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Manage SharePoint Online and/or on-premises environments, warranting optimal performance and reliability.
+ Perform regular updates, patches, and system upgrades to maintain security and functionality.
+ Monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
+ Manage user access, permissions, and content security to ensure data integrity.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop custom SharePoint solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and third-party integrations.
+ Design and implement SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and custom web parts to support business processes.
+ Provide technical support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to SharePoint functionality.
+ Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency in SharePoint tools and features.
+ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system architecture, configurations, and processes.
+ Ensure SharePoint compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
+ Work closely with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure the seamless integration of SharePoint with other enterprise systems.
+ Identify opportunities for system enhancements and lead improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
+ A minimum of 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator (preferably in both on-premises and SharePoint Online environments).
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams.
+ Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, workflows, and governance.
+ Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell for automation and administration tasks.
+ Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
