Key Job Responsibilities
+ Perform routine administration such as setting up new users and permissions for SharePoint
+ Develop SharePoint out of the box solutions to business problem and processes
+ Develop and maintain workflows within SharePoint
+ Troubleshoot issues that customers are having
+ Facilitate communication between end users and the client.
+ Develop and maintain application documentation.
+ Monitor and coordinate resolution of application problems through service desk tickets.
+ Develop and maintain required reporting.
+ Learn complex application functions to facilitate resolving issues.
+ Create, update, and manage Power Apps, Power Automate, and related solutions
+ Ensure integrations between SharePoint and the Power Platform are maintained and adjusted when needed. Ensuring any deprecated or unsupported features are updated to supported technologies following best practices.
+ Assisting users with creating, optimizing, and troubleshooting Power Apps and/or Power Automate flows.
+ PowerShell experience preferred.
+ Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the primary job responsibilities as described above.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00
