Capgemini is hiring fulltime Sharepoint Architect at Senior manager level for an immediate position. The candidate should be local or relocate to Philadelphia, PA and work hybrid.


Key ResponsibilitiesAbility to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Produce design for system components that meet functional and non functional requirements taking scalability, performance and non-functional requirements.Creating architectural diagrams, documentation and presentations to communicate technical design and decisions effectively.Ability to evaluate new technologies, frameworks and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement and recommend.Creating detailed business plans and sales strategies to achieve sales objectivesAnalysing sales and market data to set sales targetsNetworking and prospecting for potential customers and clientsLeading and managing a team of sales representativesBuilding relationships with customers and clientsDeveloping solutions for customer issuesCoordinates with testers and operations team for high environment deployment and testing support.Troubleshoot issues and incidents in Production environment.Prepare technical documentationsRequired Skills: SharePoint OnlineSPFx FrameworkWebparts development in ReactPnP PowershellAzure.SharePoint Development Framework like create extensions, command sets and webparts.Hands-on experience in SharePoint sites (creating, designing etc.,)Proficient in creating Web parts using React.Proficient in performing automation, deployment and maintenance using cli tools like PnP PowerShell, M365.Knowledge in Power Automate and Power BI.Proficient in using Github and continuous integration tools.
