BEC (Business Enablement and Controls) is a highly specialized team in charge of overseeing Global Controls, Risk Routines, Regulatory Inquires and Initiatives, as well as the overall Business Enablement of the larger GDRO (Global Data and Reporting Ops). Candidate will be required to adapt easily in a dynamic environment where process and procedures constantly evolve across all lines of business covered including the ones belonging to operations. Must be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to multi-task and be able to manage queues accordingly. Will need to be able to navigate easily across multiple platforms referencing and retrieving necessary data for daily functions and resolutions. Must have an incredible strong knowledge of PPT, SP, Tableau and JIRA to efficiently help support the day-to-day requirements of the BEC team.

Responsibilities:
Help oversee/maintain a diverse array of control initiatives that are crucial to the organizations risk management and compliance strategy
Provides direction and influence of control activities on above initiatives - across multiple processes and global teams
Evaluates the impact of control effectiveness on different processes, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and effective risk management
Drives continuous improvement and innovation in control activities, ensuring the organization remains agile and responsive to emerging risks and regulatory change
Help develop control initiatives with strategic mindset
Collaborates with Operations, Risk and Technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of control initiatives, overcoming challenges and ensuring integrity of the outcome
Process deep-dives to help proactively identify any potential issues/risks and strategize ways to avoid future issues
Client interactions/impacts assessment for ops errors/issues
Initiative coordination across BEC and GDRO; i.e.. Capacity Metrics, JIRA, Vendor requirements/assistance
Global Release coordination to ensure consistency, knowledge share and appropriate documentation occurs across all GDRO
Develop and execute organizational strategy action plan for BEC org
Organization SharePoint development /creation /maintenance
Represents BEC (Business Enablement and Control) and greater GDRO (Global Data and Reporting Ops) through partnership/interactions/inquiries at all levels of the organization
Raise problems/issues to the appropriate levels via the suitable channels
