Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company seeking a SharePoint Designer to enhance knowledge management and collaboration for a federal law enforcement client’s Open Source Intelligence Program. This role will be critical in expanding the organization's open-source capabilities globally, helping to increase threat identification across various locations. In this position, you will design, develop, and administer centralized, user-friendly platforms that facilitate the sharing of resources, tools, and best practices. Your work will improve operational efficiency, streamline communication, and enhance mission effectiveness across multiple sites worldwide. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-oriented, and adept at working collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

The work schedule will be regular business hours, Monday through Friday, with the ability to work up to 40% remote after onboarding.

Responsibilities/Duties:   

Project Coordination & Support.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance productivity.Support ongoing projects by managing SharePoint components, facilitating communication, and tracking project progress.SharePoint Design & Development. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites that house open-source intelligence procedures, best practices, and resources in a centralized, accessible location.Create tools and platforms that allow teams to easily exchange information, ideas, and tradecraft, ensuring consistency in design and branding across all SharePoint sites.Collaboration & Knowledge Management.Develop user-friendly dashboards and resources to support team collaboration and knowledge-sharing, making information easy to find and use.Consolidate guidance, processes, and procedures in a single, accessible location to streamline workflows and improve access to critical information across multiple sites.Operational Support & Process Improvement.Assist in the management and tracking of key operational tasks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and accessible to stakeholders.Provide recommendations and implement improvements to SharePoint sites to enhance usability, efficiency, and visual appeal.SharePoint Administration & Maintenance.Perform routine updates, improvements, and troubleshooting on SharePoint sites to ensure continuous functionality and relevance.Coordinate with the SharePoint Administrator and team members to manage site permissions, user access, and design consistency.License & Resource Management. Manage and track system resources, including license usage and permissions, to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to policies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree. Proven experience designing, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint sites to support knowledge management and collaboration.Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.Highly collaborative, with the ability to engage in discussions, collaborate with team members, and produce enhanced products through collective input.Proven ability to meet production deadlines while managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality products under time constraints.A self-motivated individual eager to contribute, learn, and exceed customer expectations through their work.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.Ability to create and improve processes for better efficiency and clarity.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Graphic design skills for creating visually appealing and user-friendly SharePoint dashboards and tools.Experience in open-source intelligence (OSINT) is beneficial but not required.
