Leidos is seeking a SharePoint Developer to monitor and maintain a large enterprise IT contract for the DOD. The SharePoint Developer will support the planning and development of customized SharePoint sites to automate the collection of forms, storage of data, and other requirements laid out by the customer. The duties will include the migration of external data into SharePoint to pre-populate data sets, test forms and workflow, and adjust designs based on evolving customer needs. Additionally, the SharePoint Developer will provide assistance for customer in the migration of developed sites from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2019 as required.
This role requires an individual that is technical, customer oriented and familiar with using SharePoint. This individual should be detail oriented in order to capture customer inquiries appropriately. Role requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
Primary Tasks:
Analyze technical requirements and develop effective technical solutionsPerforming SharePoint user management and group managementDeveloping solutions for business process automationProvide support and guidance to users on SharePoint features and functionalitiesDesign and develop custom SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, views, workflows, and scripts.Promote user adoption through user and site manager training, consultation, and support of existing SharePoint functionalityProvide quality assurance review of engagement processes and deliverablesIdentify and troubleshoot technical issues, provide support to the system's end-users, and work with development teams to find ways to modify or improve storage proceduresParticipate in delivering technical presentations to customerDevelop new workflows, and customer coding to promote transition from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2019Regularly interface with senior management, stakeholders, implementation team members, vendors, and subcontractors to provide insight on project status, business requirements, functional design and remediation of risks/issues to avoid loss of business functionality during SharePoint transition effortMeet/interview customer to capture specific requirements in concise formatDetermine options and provide a coordinated approach to managing the planning of services performing the actual conversion or rebuilding of exiting forms, tools and workflows to function in the new environmentPerform other related duties needed to achieve mission successBasic Qualifications:
5+ years' experience with SharePoint (2013, 2019, SPO) Workflow developmentExtensive experience with design, development, troubleshooting and deployment of enterprise level portals and collaboration solutions on SharePoint 2013/2019 platforms preferably using JavaScript, ASP.NET, XML/XSLT, HTML, CSS, and InfoPathExperience with SharePoint templates (site templates, list templates, master page customization)Foundational knowledge around SharePoint servers and servicesTime management skills and ability to prioritize workload based on customer requirementsStrong oral and written communications skillsExperience with collecting, clarifying, and documenting requirements from customers Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) technologies, such as Service Now, for tracking, documenting, and resolving incidents and problemsFamiliarity with JIRA or similar Project Management tools for tracking and documenting requirements through implementationCandidate must, at a minimum, meet DoDM 8140.03 (previously DoD 8570) – IT System Admin Intermediate certification requirements (Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+ CE, GSEC, or higher)Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 6 years, Associate's with 10 years, or High School Diploma with 12 years.

Pay Range:Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
