· At the moment we are utilizing SharePoint primarily for Task management for each department. Users will open up a Task and assign it to another users. We have set up these tasks to Alert all users in the appropriate department. The problem we are having is that it doesn’t alert the submitter of the task. This is an issue because once the task is worked on, updated, or closed, the submitter is not updated.
· We need help getting search to work. I tried to start the indexing, but haven’t been able to pull a successful search in any of our SharePoint pages.
· We’d like to see if we can setup an Address Book page or plugin that can pull the data from Active Directory so users can search for employees within our organization.
