**Description**
SAIC is seeking a **SharePoint Developer** located at **Fort Cavazos in Texas** to support our client's operations by creating, developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge management program aligned with their strategic goals. This position involves enabling collaboration of operational data, facilitating informed decision-making, and managing site content, content archiving, and data collection.
**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
+ Conduct thorough analyses of existing solutions and identify areas for improvement.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
+ Design and develop front-end user interfaces for SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint 365, prioritizing user experience, streamlined navigation, and cohesive design across platforms.
+ Build and maintain custom SharePoint/SQL Server applications, including web parts, master pages, layouts, event handlers, and workflows.
+ Create custom list and library configurations to support and enhance organizational business processes.
+ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to inform the development of tailored solutions.
+ Train end-users in the effective use of KM tools and best practices to maximize system functionality.
**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**
+ Bachelor’s degree and two (2)+ years of relevant experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
+ Experience in web application development and visualization using tools such as SharePoint, Vantage (Slate, Quiver), and modern web technologies.
+ Experience in programming languages and frameworks, including JavaScript, JQuery, Python, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
+ Advanced knowledge of REST APIs, data manipulation, and database management using SQL and PySpark.
+ Proficiency with Visual Studio, Power BI, and Microsoft SharePoint Designer.
+ Strong experience in visualizations using custom HTML/Bootstrap forms, JQuery DataTables, JS Charts, Google Charts, and Full Calendar.
+ Solid skills in branding, icon creation, and web design using platforms such as Photoshop.
**REQUIRED CERTIFICATION:**
+ Must be able to obtain a DoD IAT Level II or higher certification, such as, Security+ CE, CySA+, CASP, OR CISSP within one year of hire.
**REQUIRED CLEARANCE:**
+ Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain.
+ Must be a current U.S. Citizen.
