Position Overview:IT Enterprise Business Technology Office (BTO) - Corporate Technologies department has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced technical lead developer passionate about using technology to solve and automate business needs and processes. In this role, the successful candidate will be part of IT development, maintenance, & support work for systems used by various business divisions such as External Affairs, Legal, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). This candidate will need to work well in a technical team environment operating independently with limited oversight. This position will be providing technical guidance and direction to project execution and product support teams.
Our Impact:Enterprise BTO provides end-to-end project management (concept to implementation) for a portfolio of projects, products and business initiatives sponsored by various business divisions
Our team manages systems and applications used by Enterprise divisions to provide a wide range of services that support employees and corporate functions
We work closely with our business partners to balance the needs of various partners including customer experience, risk management, data integrity, time to market and operational efficiency
Ensure we understand and tackle business needs utilizing a variety of state-of-the-art technology solutions including COTS, SaaS, and home-grown capabilities
Your Impact:Drive technical innovation and stay up to date on the emerging technology trends
Work with project stakeholders in reviewing and understanding business and technical requirements
Research and evaluate technology solution options including build versus buy or a combination
Work with project managers, scrum masters, and portfolio leads in planning, developing, and managing project plans
Partner with architects, project, and infrastructure teams to develop architecture and design specifications from which applications will be built
Provide guidance on coding and unit testing standards for optimal code quality and reuse
Continuously assess applications’ technical landscape and project activities to identify and help resolve risks and issues on a timely basis
Engage with management and business stakeholders as needed to succinctly communicate and clarify technical risks, issues, vulnerabilities and resolutions
Prototype and develop systems based upon requirements and architecture specifications
Develop, enhance, test, and implement solutions using SharePoint Online, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, .Net, PowerShell, Microsoft Flows, PowerApps, SharePoint Framework Extensions, and other related technologies
Provide technical expertise and oversight on various projects in a hands-on capacity while mentoring developers on the team
Lead and participate in design, code, and other relevant project reviews
Work closely with testing and infrastructure teams during project and operational activities to resolve blockers and issues
Lead and support production incident tracking, troubleshooting and resolution
Lead and support infrastructure upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation activities impacting business applications
Lead and support ad-hoc activities related to business technology needs and IT risk management
Qualifications:College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
Typically has 8-10 years related experience
At least 10+ years of hands-on experience in design, development and deployment of SharePoint hosted apps
At least 7+ years of experience with UI Branding and using jQuery, JavaScript, React, CSS, HTML5, BootStrap and responsive design standards, JSLink, and SharePoint Framework Extensions (SPFx)
Experience with custom workflows, Business Intelligence dashboards, Site collections, Sub sites, Master Pages, Lists, Custom Lists, SharePoint Designer, Custom Web Parts
Experience with Microsoft .NET technology stack
Experience with PowerApps Form, Power automates, Modern site in SPO, Search customization OOTB and with SPFx
Experience with migrating users from SharePoint Classic to SharePoint Modern experience
Experience with C#, PnP PowerShell script, Graph API, REST API, SPO Connectors & Add-ins
Experience with MS 365 features such as MS Teams, Azure cognitive services (Azure bot)
Experience of Office UI Fabric and Fluent UI
Experience with developing business process and solutions using Power Forms and Workflows
Experience in creating reports, scorecards, and dashboards for Business Intelligence using Excel, Power Pivot, SQL Server Reporting Services or any such tools
Understanding of mobility solutions with relation to SharePoint O365
Knowledge of SharePoint Best Practices
Microsoft SharePoint O365 and Azure certifications are plus
Experience with various project methodologies such as Agile, waterfall, and Dev Ops methodologies

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $138,000 - $206,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
