Description: To be a team member in our AMS team. this role will perform the following:
The ability to understand both business requirements and technology solutions
Expert knowledge of the objects and tools
Work effectively in a diversified team; guiding and supporting project team members
Strong analytical skills
Responsible to resolve incidents, quotes and requests based on priority and within the service level commitments
Ensure that the business users can perform the predefined and operational tasks in a suitable manner
Schedule and monitor support activities
Optimize methods of managing incidents

Experience in implementing and/or supporting business applications that are implemented in SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010 platforms.
Skilled in SharePoint development and administration. Experience in Enterprise integration and will have the ability to support web services, message queues and batch interfaces to the SharePoint environment.
