The PositionMain Tasks & Responsibilities:
Ensure all SHE processes in RDSZ projects are compliant to local and Roche internal requirementsEnsure that a solid and effective SHE risk management process is implemented and documented in the projectEnsure project SHE governance process is well implemented and connected with ticket of operateEnsure support to project team for employee SHE trainingReceiving, documenting and responding to SHE related reports and suggestions in projectsEnsure that periodic SHE inspections are conducted and that critical SHE situations are timely reported to project managerEnsure monitoring, driving and documenting project SHE goals, KPIs, incidents and programsEnsure timely communication of SHE related information and documentation Connect the DPP SHE standard implementation between project team, group SMEs and site operation team to make sure standard is met and best SHE practice is implemented in the project.Be the local SME of Roche K-directives/ SHE standards and local SHE regulations/standards, making sure projects meet with all applicable SHE standards during design/implement and transition to operation.Lead project SHE MOC process, making sure the changes in projects are well tracked and aligned with Groups SHE/ site MOC requirements.
Qualification & Experience:
University education background, major in safety /environment/chemical/engineering or other SHE related8 years of relevant SHE working experience in chemical/diagnostics/pharmaceutical manufacturing or industryProject management experience within the chemical/diagnostics/pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Excellent experience in all SHE related subjects incl. site security and local SHE laws and regulationsCross-functional working experienceProven track record of consensus building and conflict management in challenging or difficult situationsStrong leadership skills for people management and developmentStrong communication skills Strong negotiation / influencing / persuasion skillsExemplifies Roche Values and Leadership CommitmentsSuperior problem-solving skills with proven abilities to anticipate issues and recommend effective and efficient solutionHigh cultural awareness and proven ability to work and collaborate with a broad range of culturesProficient knowledge of Mandarin and/or English (written & spoken)Who we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
