About the role:
In this contract role as our SHE Specialist, you will support the ANZ SHE Manager and Ecolab’s broader safety network, in the monitoring, reporting, investigations and process improvements of safety incidents and practices across Australia & New Zealand.
Your key responsibilities will include:
SHE administrative/compliance work (onboarding, administrative work)
ANZSHE inbox query management
SHE Policy updates
Monthly SHE reporting and analysis.
Targeted SHE communications and driving initiatives
Support the ANZ Safety Champion Network.
Supporting with the investigations, reporting and administration of safety incidents across ANZ
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and understand any safety incidents that occur within the business
Providing insights into efficient data management practices and any process improvement suggestions for the team
Co-ordination of safety related training sessions
To be successful, you will ideally have:
A strong passion for SHE
Be highly organised, with excellent administration skills and strong time management skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills - with the knowledge on how to utilise these platforms to improve processes
Take ownership over your work and be able to work autonomously
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
Have a sound understanding of data analysis
A degree or qualification in WHS would be desirable
